Introduction to the Terms of Use Agreement:

Article One – Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble forms an integral part of this Agreement. Below are the definitions of the key terms used herein:

1. Store: Includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical commercial outlet.
2. Consumer: Any person engaging in e-commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3. Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions that govern and regulate the relationship between the parties.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

1. The consumer acknowledges that they possess full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable regulations to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. If the consumer violates this Article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of Obligation

1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the (service or product).
2. The store may provide additional services such as after-sales services or other related services depending on the nature and type of the requested product or service.

Article Four – Rules of Use

1. The consumer shall use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer shall not use any purchased service or product in violation of public morals or applicable Saudi laws.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership, you must provide specific information and choose a username and confidential password. You agree to:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or breach.
2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect material or moral losses resulting from disclosure of your username or password.
3. You are fully responsible for your account, and any use by others shall be deemed authorized by you.
4. Use the store with seriousness and credibility.
5. Provide true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful information and update it when necessary.
6. The store commits to keeping your personal and contact information strictly confidential.
7. If false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information is provided, the store may suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership without prejudice to its other legal rights.
8. Failure to comply may result in suspension, cancellation, or blocking access.

Article Six – Electronic Communications

1. Communication shall take place via the registered email address.
2. Electronic communications shall have the same legal effect as written documents.

Article Seven – Amendments and Fees

1. If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining clauses remain effective.
2. This Agreement (as amended from time to time) governs the relationship between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees depending on services, products, or government-imposed charges or taxes.
4. The store reserves the right to add, amend, increase, decrease, or waive any fees.

Article Eight – Payment Services

1. Payment may be made online through available payment options or other methods provided by the store.
2. The store shall determine prices in accordance with prevailing market value.
3. The store shall issue invoices and receipts for all amounts and provide the consumer with a purchase invoice.
4. The store shall comply with recognized accounting standards.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights of the store are exclusively owned by the store.
2. The consumer must respect all intellectual property rights, including the store name, logos, trademarks, and related materials.

Article Ten – Store Liability

1. The store operates in compliance with Saudi laws and this Agreement.
2. The store shall not be liable for claims arising from errors or negligence by consumers or third parties such as shipping companies.
3. The store, its staff, owners, and representatives commit that products/services are lawful and authorized under Saudi regulations and used for lawful purposes.

Article Eleven – Restriction or Termination of Access

The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict a consumer’s access to the platform at any time without prior notice and for any reason.

Article Twelve – Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject exclusively to Saudi authorities.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This Agreement (as amended from time to time) constitutes the complete agreement between the store and the consumer.

Both parties agree that:

1. Arabic shall be the governing language for interpretation.
2. Prices may change from time to time.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Both parties shall comply with Sharia principles and applicable laws.
5. This Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store management.
