Shipping policy

At Daniyah Markets, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery fees and delivery times may vary depending on the type of products ordered, the selected services, and the delivery address. Public and official holidays are not included in delivery time calculations. Delivery fees are charged in addition to product prices. Any additional charges IF applicable to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be clearly mentioned at the checkout page.

If any changes are made to the order details or customer information after the order is placed, the delivery timeline will be recalculated and any previously elapsed processing time will not be counted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or may fail.

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or prevented due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, higher-than-expected demand, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed; however, Daniyah Markets shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by such circumstances.

Daniyah Markets is not responsible for any additional delays in shipping or delivery caused by force majeure events, including political conditions, natural disasters, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
